By accessing or using https://trade-limitless.com, creating an account with one of our partnered brokers through our links, or using any of our automation, education, or community services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or services.

Limitless is a sub-brand of World of Limitless, providing trading education, community access, market tools, and precision-built trading automation. All services offered through trade-limitless.com are provided free of charge; access is unlocked by opening and funding a trading account with one of our regulated partnered brokers.

World of Limitless is a registered business in the United States and the United Arab Emirates.

Nothing on trade-limitless.com — including education, signals, scanners, swipe-to-trade tools, automation strategies, or community content — constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All content is for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

Trading financial instruments, including but not limited to forex, indices, commodities, crypto, and derivatives, carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Automation does not eliminate market risk.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use our services. It is your responsibility to ensure that trading and use of our services is permitted where you reside.

To access our services you open and fund a live account with one of our regulated partnered brokers. Your relationship with the broker is governed by the broker's own terms, and we are not a party to that agreement. We may receive compensation from broker partners; this does not affect the price you pay (services remain free to you).

Where you elect to use automated strategies operated by our traders or AI engines, you authorize the connection between your broker account and the automation system solely for the purpose of executing trades. You may disconnect or disable automation at any time through your broker or account settings. We do not take custody of your funds at any point.

You agree not to (a) reverse engineer, scrape, or resell any part of the Site or services; (b) share your account access; (c) misuse community channels for spam, harassment, or solicitation; or (d) use the services in violation of any law or broker terms.

All content, branding, strategies, tools, and materials made available through trade-limitless.com are the property of Limitless and World of Limitless, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access them for personal, non-commercial use.

The Site may link to third-party platforms, including brokers, Telegram, and payment processors. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability. We do not warrant any particular trading outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limitless, World of Limitless, and their affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or trading capital arising from your use of the services.

We may suspend or terminate access to the services at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the services at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on https://trade-limitless.com with a new effective date. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

World of Limitless is registered in both the United States and the United Arab Emirates. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the relevant Limitless entity operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
